Our People
Obinna Iwuchukwu - CEO
He has a master's degree in Sustainability and Environmental Management from Harvard University. He also holds a master's degree (MSc) in Environmental Pollution Control from Middlesex University, London, UK.
He is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Academy of Board Certified Environmental Professionals (ABCEP). He holds CEP-IT and serves as CEP-IT Representative on the board. He is a Certified Lead Based Paint Risk Assessor and holds a license from the state of Tennessee. He has OSHA 40-Hours HAZWOPER training certification.
He is a member of the Institution of Environmental Science (MIENvSc), UK. He is also a chartered member of the Chartered Institution of Waste Management. He holds CIWM’s Chartered Resource and Waste Manager (CRWM) status.
Prior to Redox, he worked abroad in the banking and environmental sectors in Africa's largest economies. His experience encompass business development, relationship management, project management, commercial banking, private banking and corporate banking.
He is experienced in environmental management, conservation, environmental monitoring, sustainability, low impact energy choices and environmental protection strategies.
Dr. Millicent Iwuchukwu - Director
She holds a doctorate degree (EdD) in Leadership and Professional Practice from Trevecca Nazarene University, Nashville, Tennessee.
She also holds an MBA from Trevecca Nazarene University and a bachelor's degree (BBA) in Business Information Systems from Tennessee State University.
She is a seasoned business administrator with vast experience in business operations, business development, relationship management, human capital management and project management.
Her experience and previous career traverses healthcare, environment and corporate sectors.
